Product Features
Good hydrophilicity
The contact angle of the internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane is lower than 47 degrees, which is not easy to be fouled and blocked, the water flux is more stable, the flux is easy to recover, and the pollution resistance and cleaning recovery of the membrane are significantly improved.
Retained molecular weight of 100,000 Daltons
The internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane of KMB has smaller molecular weight cut-off and higher filtration precision among similar products, which can effectively ensure the quality of ultrafiltration water.
High intensity and high flux
KMB membrane filament has high strength, good toughness (membrane elongation exceeds 50%), low pressure and high flux (can meet the design flow under very low transmembrane pressure difference).
Good chemical stability
The internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane module of KMB has been chemically cleaned by acid and alkali for 20 times, and its performance remains unchanged.
Strong anti-pollution resistance
The use of internal pressure by KMB has strong pollutant holding capacity, wider influent water quality, 30% longer cleaning cycle, and good recovery effect of membrane flux.
Thicker fiber inner diameter
The inner diameter of the commonly used membrane filaments of KMB internal pressure ultrafiltration membranes is 1.0mm/1.7mm, and the cross-sectional area of the inlet channel is 1.56 times that of the usual 0.8mm inner diameter, which greatly improves the anti-fouling and blocking ability of the membrane module.
